HOW TO ORDER:
* Submit your order and credit card through our secure online order form or by calling in a telephone order to: (503) 318-1974 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
* All orders are made to your specifications. Because the products are custom made, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
* You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.This will include your order total and shipping charges.
* All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
* Our state of Oregon has no sales tax.
* Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard through Paypal or by check.
* Since all orders are custom made, all sales are final.
- All packages are shipped Priority mail. You will be notified via email on the day your order is shipped, notifying you of your order totals.
- All orders are insured.
- In the event of loss or damage, Herb's Daughter is liable for the actual cost of replacement of the order. If an order arrives in damaged condition, save all packaging materials to that the United States Postal Service can confirm the damage. This must be reported within 24 hours of customer receipt of order.
- Please note: Any refund or replacement order will be issued only after our claim with the USPS has been processed.
