SHIPPING POLICIES


1. The majority of packages are shipped Priority mail. You will be notified via email on the day your order is shipped, notifying you of your order totals.

2. In the event of loss or damage, Herb's Daughter is liable for the actual cost of replacement of the order. If an order arrives in damaged condition, save all packaging materials to that the United States Postal Service can confirm the damage. This must be reported within 24 hours of customer receipt of order.

3. Please note: Any refund or replacement order will be issued only after our claim with the USPS has been processed.
